Oodles of noodles

I love noodle dishes, particularly Korean ones. Everyone should try them and if my recommendation is not reason enough, here is a NYtimes article written beautifully about naeng myun. It made my mouth water. I think I will visit Korea Town pretty soon or just wait to see my mom.
